Processing Time
All orders are packed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive an email with tracking details once your order is on the way.
Local Delivery (Singapore)
We ship using tracked delivery services.
• Standard Shipping: 2 to 4 business days
• Express Courier: 1 to 2 business days
Delivery times may vary during peak periods or due to delays by the courier.
International Shipping
International orders are shipped with tracked courier services.
• Delivery times vary depending on destination
• Customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or import taxes charged by their country
We are not able to control or predict customs delays.
Delivery Issues
Once your parcel is handed over to the courier, the delivery process is handled by the shipping provider. MoovWave is not responsible for delays caused by the courier, customs, or events outside our control.
If your package is lost or significantly delayed, contact us at aloha@moovwave.com and we will assist in checking with the courier.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order. We are unable to guarantee changes once the order has been processed. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping fees will apply.
Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and item so we can assist you.
